Hillside Lofts, 1380 Hillside Drive, Kamloops, BC

Project Status: Construction Completed 2008

 

 

The Hillside Lofts mixed use project comprises a small, single storey retail building, and a four storey building with commercial uses at grade, ‘buried’ parking  behind and residential units in wood frame construction above.

 

Upper residential units have raised ceilings with upper loft areas and two storey ceilings featured in some units and with generous decks and views.
